In partnership with the Rocky Mount Chamber of Commerce, we have helped to establish a local funding source for small businesses who have found financial hardship during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The Downtown Entrepreneur Growth Fund was created to help small businesses find a piece of financial relief during a difficult and uncertain time.  When we first thought of this fund, we were unsure if we could raise enough to make a difference, but we quickly learned we had nothing to fear.  Our community is a community of supporters, and many were incredibly generous and excited to help their beloved small businesses. 

 

Now, with a great start, we are excited to announce the applications to apply for funds is live!  Although we helped to establish the fund, we are not decision makers, nor will we see any completed applications.  All submissions with funnel through the Rocky Mount Chamber of Commerce where a small committee will be granted the task of reviewing all completed applications.  Please see the link below to be directed to the online application.

Ryan and I would like to thank all our donors who saw the need and donated towards the fund, as well as the Chamber of Commerce for the willingness to help execute this fund.  We are excited to be helping our fellow business owners, and hope this can relieve just a little stress.  Our goal is to continue the Downtown Entrepreneur Growth Fund for years to come, and keep our community strong!
